Managing NotoWare Users

Purpose:

 These instructions address adding and editing NotoWare users.

 

Scope:

Managing users is an ongoing task for NotoWare Administrators 
 
1 Prepare a list of NotoWare Users

   Follow a plan on adding NotoWare users.


The list of new users will need to have the following user information:

  • User Last Name
  • User First Name
  • User Email

Use this information to identify the users.

2 Open Manage User Accounts Screen

 

  1. Select the Features > NotoWare Administration menu item
  2. From the NotoWare Administrator screen select the Manage User Accounts option

3 Review Accounts for Users
Software: NotoWare Application
Screens: Manage User Accounts
Path: Features > NotoWare Administration > Manage User Account

Confirm users are not already entered.

  
  1.  Search on users by selecting the initial for the last name of user.  
  2.  Review grid for user to avoid duplication.
  3. Select Add New User to add user.

4 Enter User Information
Software: NotoWare Application
Screens: Create User
Path: Features >NotoWare Administration> Manage Users Accounts

  1. Enter Username
  2. Enter email for the user 
  3. Enter passwords for the user
  4. Enter the remaining user profile fields. 
  5. Select Save

5 Review User List
      
  1.  Review the user list to confirm that the users are entered.
