Follow a plan on adding NotoWare users.
The list of new users will need to have the following user information:
- User Last Name
- User First Name
- User Email
Use this information to identify the users.

- Select the Features > NotoWare Administration menu item
- From the NotoWare Administrator screen select the Manage User Accounts option

Confirm users are not already entered.
- Search on users by selecting the initial for the last name of user.
- Review grid for user to avoid duplication.
- Select Add New User to add user.

- Enter Username
- Enter email for the user
- Enter passwords for the user
- Enter the remaining user profile fields.
- Select Save
|
- Review the user list to confirm that the users are entered.
