The select document feature provides a drill down approach for the user to select a document.

• Business Processes: the user selects a business process .
• Document Groups: the user then selects the document group from the list of groups within the business process.
• Documents: the user selects a document from the list of documents within the group.

The "Features" menu provides options for the user to select documents and functions.

For selecting documents, the user can select the following options:

• Display List:  provides a list of all released documents available to the user.  The user can filter the list of documents or perform keyword searches to find documents.
• Custom Lists:  the user can select to display a custom document list they defined.  The custom list feature provides a quick method for the user to navigate through multiple documents.

For selecting other functions, the user can select the following options:

• Main: this option is available to all users and will return the user to the main screen.
• User Features: this option is available to all users and provides access to user features.
• Business Process Administration: this option is only available to users assigned as Process Administrators.  It provides access to Process Administrator functions.  
• NotoWare Administration: this option is only available to users assigned as NotoWare Administrators. It provides access to NotoWare Administrator functions. 

The breadcrumb allows the user to navigate through the series of screens that are open while they are using NotoWare.  They can use the breadcrumb to return to a previous screen. 

The "Notices" option is displayed to the right of the "Features" menu and is visible when the user has open notices for either document reviews or project approvals.

Selecting this option provides the user with quick access to the documents they need to review or the projects they need to approve.
